The Trust Shop ATF Form 1 System makes creating your ATF Form 1 paperwork simple, but there are a few things you need to do:

Applicant Type(Required)
Are you applying as a Trust, a Corporation, or an Individual?

If you have a gun trust, family trust, living trust, revocable trust, or any other kind of trust that will be the registered owner of the firearm, select Trust.
If you own a Business (Corporation, Limited Liability Company, Partnership, etc.) that will be the registered owner of the firearm, select Corp (or Other Entity).
If you don't have a Gun Trust or a Business that will be the registered owner, select Individual.
