Your Gun Trust can be named just about anything you want, but there are a few things to keep in mind:
✓	The name must end with the word Trust
✕	The name should not start with the word The
✕	The name should not include business entity designations such as Inc., Ltd., LLC, etc.
The name of your Gun Trust can include a family name, such as: Smith Family Trust, John Smith Trust or Smith Gun Trust. Or, you can use a custom name for your Gun Trust, such as: Lone Star Trust, Blackhawk Trust or Whisper Quiet Trust
Remember: When you build Silencers & SBRs, you are required to engrave the complete name of your trust on the firearm.

That means, longer trust names will require more engraving.

When you have a Gun Trust, your Supporting Trustees are allowed to use your Silencers & SBRs, even when you aren’t with them, but there are some things you should know about Supporting Trustees:

✓	Supporting Trustees must be at least 18 years old.
✓	Supporting Trustees are required to send fingerprints and a photo to the ATF when you buy & build Silencers & SBRs.
✓	Supporting Trustees that are added after you receive your Tax Stamp don’t have to send anything to the ATF.
✓	You can add or remove Supporting Trustees as many times as you want, completely free of charge!
✕	Remember: You are already the main Trustee, so don’t add yourself as a Supporting Trustee.
Note: You can let other people (that aren’t Supporting Trustees) use your Silencers & SBRs, but only if you are with them.

As the person creating the trust, you are also the manager of the trust. But if something happens that makes it impossible for you to continue managing the trust, the Successor Trustee will take over that position.

✓	The Successor Trustee is not a Responsible Person, so they don’t have to send their fingerprints and photo to the ATF when you buy & build Silencers & SBRs.
✓	If you want the Successor Trustee to be able to possess your NFA Firearms, they must also be a Supporting Trustee (which will require fingerprints and photo). It’s okay to have the same person listed as a Successor Trustee and as a Supporting Trustee.
✕	The ATF does not allow you to be the Successor Trustee
