• ATF FORM SYSTEM

    FORM 20 GENERATOR

Used when transporting or relocating NFA Firearms

    Notes:
    1. You are always required to fill out the Form 20 when you travel with SBRs, SBSs, Machine Guns, Destructive Devices, or AOWs.
    2. You are not required to get an approved Form 20 to travel with Silencers. But, before you travel, remember to make sure Silencers are legal in the state you are visiting
    3. If you are moving to a new state, you should include your Silencers on your Form 20. That way the ATF has an updated address for the location where you are keeping your NFA Firearms.

  • Important Note
Before you proceed you need to turn off the autofill on your computer browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.). If your browser has the autofill feature turned on, even though it appears your information is being entered correctly, your computer bowser may automatically replace it with something else. In order to make sure this doesn't happen, all you have to do is turn autofill off.
If you are unsure how to turn autofill off, we can walk you through it in about 5 seconds. Just click here for directions.
