(POA)

Use this form to give specific instructions about what should happen to the property in your trust when you die.

Here's an Example:

Let's says you have 20 firearms in your trust and you have 4 Beneficiaries.

When you die, the 20 firearms will be divided up between the 4 Beneficiaries. But, who gets what? What if one of your firearms is a collector's edition M1 Garand that you want to leave to your grandson?

All you have to do is enter a description of the M1 Garand and the name of your grandson, and you're good to go!
