    ("POA")



    Use this form to give specific instructions about what should happen to the property in your trust when you die.


    Here's an Example:
    Let's says you have 20 firearms in your trust and you have 4 Beneficiaries.
    When you die, the 20 firearms will be divided up between the 4 Beneficiaries. But, who gets what? What if one of your firearms is a collector's edition M1 Garand that you want to leave to your grandson?
    All you have to do is enter a description of the M1 Garand and the name of your grandson, and
    you'll be good to go!

  • POA Information
  • Enter a brief description of the Firearm you're adding to the POA
    You don't need to get carried away with the description. Just make sure it's obvious which firearm you are talking about.
    For Example: If you are leaving your M1 Garand to your grandson, you might enter:
    JFK's National Match M1 Garand - Serial Number 123

  • Enter the Name of the person that should receive this firearm when you kick the bucket.
